CANCELLATION OR SCHEDULE CHANGE

The transfer service can be cancelled or modified not later than 2 hours before the scheduled time. In this case you will not be charged.
- cancellation/modification 2 hours or less before the scheduled time will result in a payment of 50% of the total cost
- cancellation/modification 1 hour or less before the scheduled time will result in a payment of the total cost. 

NO SHOW 

In case the client doesn't show up within an hour after the arrival of the aircraft (train), or after the agreed time for the appointment, the driver will leave without any other notification, and the total cost of the service will be charged.
